Brief:

For the Team began as a an ask from one of our clients to create a non-standard marketing tool that would establish them as a thought leader in their space. Together we came up with the idea of creating a documentary that really dug deep into what makes a team tick.

We identified the New Zealand adventure racing team as our subject and began following them through a race on Reunion Island in Africa and back at their home on the South Island of New Zealand. As we developed and built the doc we also helped the client to develop video content that they could deploy for use in their day to day teaching and the book they were producing about leadership. The documentary is available though Amazon Prime Video.
