"Behind the Order" A Chick-fil-A Customer Series

Over the course of 2022 and 2023 I directed and produced a series of films that were designed to communicated the voice of the customer to Chick-fil-A Operators, Team Members, and Staff. My specific role on the project was to assist with the evaluation and selection of the customers to be chosen for the project, to provide the crew for the shoot day and direct and edit the films.

Telling stories is what I am all about and I was honored to get a chance to speak with so many amazing Customers! Our host Fred Odom made everything easier with his professionalism and his ability to connect with all of our customers when they were on set.

After the in-studio portion of the shoot we went to locations all over the United States and captured more content at the homes of each of the Customers. This allowed us to really show not just tell what they were all about!
